I’m setting up a home gym and need a weight bench. The AB2 Adjustable Bench Ntaifitness NT-AB2 from Ntaifitness looks adjustable and sturdy. REP Fitness benches are great but pricey. Anyone using the Ntaifitness NT-AB2 for bench presses? How’s the quality for Home Gym Equipment? I’m lifting 150lbs. Any bench setup tips?
