I’m a total beginner trying to add a cardio machine that’s low-impact but not boring. Was looking at a rower from Ntaifitness—it’s magnetic, folds up, and isn’t as loud as air rowers.
I tried a Life Fitness rower at a hotel gym once and loved it, but those are like $2k+.
Is rowing too technique-heavy for someone just starting out? Or a smart piece of Home Gym Equipment to start building conditioning?
